About Marco Sposini

I have been working at Studio Legale Sardo (Law Firm in Milan) since 1999.

My practice area covers private international law, international commercial law, commercial law and civil law, both non contentious (drafting of contracts and opinions) and contentious, also in arbitration, assisting Italian and foreign clients.

I support the companies in the negotiation and preparation of cross-border commercial contracts.

I have developed considerable experience in debt recovery, both at national and European level, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards and, on these issues, I also work as a speaker, in Italy and abroad, in conferences and seminars and I carry out training and refresher activities for entrepreneurs operating in foreign markets.

I am a member of AIGLI (Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana), of A.F.I.P.D (Association Franco Italienne des Professionnels du Droit), of Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti – Italian International Lawyers and of EAPIL (European Association of Private International Law).

I am a member of the Editorial Board of Aldricus (the EJNita project portal).
