The “Report of Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) on the work of its eighty-second session” (held from 13 to 17 October 2025, in Vienna) is available on the website of UNCITRAL – United Nations Commission On International Trade Law.

Among the issues addressed, the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in electronic form under the 1958 New York Convention.
