The 2025 HCCH Asia Pacific Week will be held, in Seoul, from 25 to 27 June 2025.
Among the issues addressed, the Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements and the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters.
