Entry into force for Uruguay of the 2019 Judgments Convention

1 October 2024

On 1 October 2024, the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters entered into force for the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
