The Hague Academy of International Law’s Advanced Course in Hong Kong – 2nd Edition

The second edition of The Hague Academy of International Law’s Advanced Courses, organised in cooperation with the Asian Academy of International Law (AAIL), will be held, in Hong Kong, from 2 to 6 December 2024.
The course’s focus is the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in civil or commercial matters and, in particular, the 2019 Hague Convention.
