Entry into force for Azerbaijan of the 1965 Hague Convention

1 September 2023

On 1 September 2023, the Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters has entered into force for the Republic of Azerbaijan.
