2023 UNCITRAL South Asia Conference

On 14 – 16 September 2023, in New Delhi, the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, the Ministry of External Affairs, Republic of India and the UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee of India will host the 2023 UNCITRAL South Asia Conference.
Among others, the following topics will be addressed: insolvency; international commercial arbitration; Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT).
