A webinar on cross-border debt recovery between Spain and Italy

On June 14th 2023 – at 5:30 pm (CET), during the webinar organized by the International Section of the Malaga Bar Association “Litigating in Spain and enforcing in Italy – How to deal with the new cross-border Debt Recovering procedures”, among other things, I will speak about the “European Account Preservation Order (EAPO)” provided for by Regulation (EU) No 655/2014 and I will explain how to freeze funds in a debtor’s bank account.
