Montenegro signs the 2019 Judgments Convention

The Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters was signed by Montenegro on 21 April 2023.

The Convention will enter into force on 1 September 2023 and for Montenegro only after the deposit of instrument of ratification, pursuant to Article 28(2).
