Monaco accedes to the 2005 Choice of Court Convention

On 27 November 2025, the Principality of Monaco deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements.
The Convention will enter into force for Monaco on 1 March 2026.
