A course on cross-border debt recovery in the European Union

The course “Cross-Border Litigation: Debt Recovery”, organized by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), will be held online on 2 December 2025.
The following topics will be addressed: the European Order for Payments (EOP) (Regulation No 1896/2006); the European Small Claims Procedure (ESCP) (Regulation No 861/2007); the European Account Preservation Order (EAPO) (Regulation No 655/2014).
