Brazil ratifies the 2018 Singapore Convention on Mediation

On 6 August 2025, Brazil has ratified the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation.
Brazil made a reservation to the Convention.
The Convention will enter into force for Brazil on 6 February 2026.
