Bahrain accedes to the 1970 Evidence and 2005 Choice of Court Conventions

On 13 March 2025, the Kingdom of Bahrain deposited its instruments of accession to the Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters and to the Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements.
The Conventions will enter into force for Bahrain, respectively, on 12 May 2025 and on 1 July 2025.
