Kosovo signs the 2005 Choice of Court and 2019 Judgments Conventions

On 19 September 2024, the Republic of Kosovo signed the Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements and the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters.
The Conventions will enter into force for Kosovo only after it deposits an instrument of ratification and, respectively, pursuant to Art. 31(2) and pursuant to Art. 28(2).
