Albania signs the 2019 Judgments Convention

On 12 September 2024, the Republic of Albania signed the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters.

The Convention will enter into force for Albania only after it deposits an instrument of ratification, pursuant to Art. 28(2).
