Warming-up webinars to the 2024 edition of the Summer School on transnational litigation

In view of the 6th edition of the Ravenna Summer School, directed by Professor Michele Angelo Lupoi of the University of Bologna, on “Cross-border litigation and international arbitration”, that will take place from 15 to 20 July 2024, a webinar on “The recast of the Brussels I bis Regulation: what should we (not) expect?” will be held on 15 May 2024 with Professor Marie-Elodie Ancel, Professor Fernando Gascon Inchausti and Professor Elena D’Alessandro.
Professor Paolo Biavati will be chairman.
Professor Michele Angelo Lupoi will introduce the webinar and present the new handbook on “European Judicial Cooperation in Cross-Border Litigation”, edited with Professor Paolo Biavati.
