A lecture on French arbitration law

On 23 April 2024, the Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law at NYU School of Law will host Judge Fabienne Schaller, who will give a lecture on “The Evolution of French Arbitration Law: Teaching From Recent Case Law”, with focus on decisions rendered in 2022 and 2023 by the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal (ICCP-CA) of which Judge Schaller is the President.
