El Salvador and the Dominican Republic accede to the Service Convention

21 March 2024

On 21 March 2024, the Republic of El Salvador and the Dominican Republic deposited the instruments of accession to the Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters.

The Convention will enter into force for El Salvador and the Dominican Republic on 1 October 2024, subject to the Article 28 procedure.
