Moldova accedes to the 2005 Choice of Court Convention

On 14 March 2024, the Republic of Moldova deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements.
The Convention will enter into force for Moldova on 1 July 2024.
