The United Kingdom signs the 2019 Judgments Convention

On 12 January 2024, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland signed the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters.

The Convention will enter into force for the United Kingdom only after the deposit of an instrument of ratification, pursuant to Article 28(2).
