HCCH Asia Pacific Week | 2023

On 11 – 14 September 2023, will be held, in Hong Kong, the 6th edition of HCCH Asia Pacific Week on “Access to Justice and Sustainable Development: The Impact of the HCCH in an Interconnected World”.

Among the topics addressed, there is the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters, which will enter into force on 1 September 2023.
