A course on service of documents and taking evidence in cross-border civil litigation

On 20 November 2023, will be held, in Luxembourg, the course “Cross-Border Civil Judicial Litigation: Service of Documents and Taking of Evidence”, organized by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA).

Among others, the following topics will be addressed: Regulation (EU) No 1784/2020 on service of documents (recast) and Regulation (EU) No 1783/2020 on taking of evidence (recast), which entered into force on 1 July 2022; the 1965 Hague Service Convention; the 1970 Hague Evidence Convention.
