Canada accedes to the 1961 Apostille Convention

On 12 May 2023, Canada deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents.
The Convention will enter into force for Canada on 11 January 2024.
