The HCCH 2022 Annual Report

The 2022 Annual Report was published on the website of the HCCH – Hague Conference on Private International Law.

Among the topics addressed, there is the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters, that will enter into force on 1 September 2023.
